• A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your castle reservation!

• The price listed is the price per day so you don't have to worry about your booking start and end time. 

• Our Castles are to be set up on Grass ONLY!  We can not accommodate any bookings on concrete.

• That no person over the age specified by us are to jump on the Bouncy Castle.

• For Kids Castles, A responsible adult must closely supervise the bouncy castle at all times.

• The delivery fee may vary depending on location and will be discounted if hiring more than one item.

• Every castle will need a power source so please have a power point and an extension cord available.

• If rain is expected on the day of hire, one of our team members will promptly contact you via phone or text in the morning to discuss an appropriate plan which may be swapping for a smaller castle to fit inside, or delayed hire time or a cancellation.

• Do not mow your lawn the day before or the day of the hire, so the grass doesn't end up in the castles. 

• Bouncy castle or any other hire equipment is found in an unsatisfactory condition such as being wet from a sprinkler, muddy, or covered in party debris, a cleaning fee will be applicable.

• Additionally, in the event of any damage or rip observed in the bouncy castle upon return due to misuse, the hirer will be responsible for covering the repair fee or a replacement cost for the castle.
